Thomson Holiday Design Store 2.0
Following the success of the award winning Holiday Design Store Thomson has asked us to continue our work with them and further evolve the award winning store with new interactive experiences for customers.
The aim for the Holiday Design Store 2.0 was to create a brand new interactive travel store experience for customers in store and an integrated system for staff to easily interact with customers.
The Holiday Design Store 2.0 uses interactive screens designed to create a seamless experience for customers in store. The interactive map allow users to zoom in and out to view destinations both on the large format screens and on the iPads found in stores. We also created a shortlist function which allows customers to shortlist their favourite locations when browsing in store. This can then easily be seen by the agent who will go through the destinations with customers in more detail.
