MOMA win for Frankie & Benny's Rewards

Nick our product and delivery director was at the MOMAs last night to help celebrate with our client The Restaurant Group and our CRM partner Alchemetrics after the Frankie & Benny’s Rewards loyalty platform won ‘Best Use of Data’.

We’re very proud to have worked on the app side of the project, which has been a huge success in terms of partnership working, innovation, user acquisition and engagement.

We are now in a phase of continual optimisation and development, making progressive improvements to the service which has attracted some 500,000 downloads across iOS and Android over the past five months alone.
