B&Q in-store innovation project
We’ve been appointed by Kingfisher Group company B&Q to work with their forward thinking Omni-Channel team on an exciting new in-store customer facing product.
The overall aim of the project is to create a tool that will allow customers and colleagues to self-serve content on their own devices, accessing the rich content already available on DIY.COM while presenting it in the context of the physical store and multi-channel journeys.
Initially we’ll be working with the Omni-Channel team and colleagues across the business to produce early stage concepts and prototypes. The project will utilise some of our existing in-store engagement technology approaches, but takes things to a whole new level with some exciting industry-first innovations.
