
Integrated Interactive Screens
A unique, highly visual and interactive way to make holiday decisions in-store.
We’ve been working with TUI for years. The technology was built to be seamlessly integrated into the store experience, delivering rich content and providing an intuitive way for customers to create their perfect holiday in-store. Within the entrance of the stores an 84” interactive map can be used on the wall to explore holiday destinations. A further two additional screens incorporated into a table within the same area offer a similar experience, letting the customer shop the range on offer without needing to ask for help.
The process is intuitive, allowing customers the ability to explore products without the assistance of a store colleague, if they wish. We designed the user journey so that shoppers could use the screens to either widen or narrow their choice and search, whilst also acting as a useful point of conversation for the store colleagues, helping them improve their sales conversion rates.
Outcomes
The new Holiday Design stores have outperformed traditional stores, the format has been rolled out to 80 stores, and a cruise ship, with plans to scale up to the rest of the estate.
