Order at Table and Pay at Table technology

We’ve rolled out restaurant-specific tools for guests, including products which allow them to both order and then pay for their food from the comfort of their phone, whilst still seated at their table. This reduces operational overheads as well as many friction points within the dining experience.

Book a Table

We’ve also made things smoother before the guest even arrives. With our application, customers can quickly find their nearest restaurant (via a nifty integration with location specialists Yext) and simply book a table. We used the LiveRes API to give us complete control over the guest journey, taking away any irritations guests have when making a booking.

Click and Collect for restaurants

We’ve also rolled out the ability to Click and Collect for those who’d rather dine at home, all achieved through our Zonal iOrder API integrations. Guests can view menus online, with data taken directly from TenKites, the allergy control tool. They can even specify a time to pick up, ideal for collecting on the way home from work.
