A whole suite of digital products

Websites, apps, booking widgets, Order at Table, Pay at Table, Click and Collect. We’ve built it all for one of the nation’s best loved casual dining brands.

We’ve worked with Frankie & Benny’s for over three years, and in that time we’ve built pretty much every guest-facing tool, product and system you can think of. We’ve recently been rolling out restaurant-specific tools for guests. We built a product that allows guests to pay for their food from the comfort of their phone, reducing operational overheads, and more importantly friction points within the dining experience.

Starting with the websites and native apps, all built in the latest technologies, optimised for speed and ease. This focal point for the brand allow guests to view a menu (with data taken directly from TenKites, the allergy control tool), find their nearest restaurant (via a nifty integration with location specialists Yext) and book a table.

We used the LiveRes API to give us complete control over the guest journey, taking away any irritations guests have when making a booking. We’re only collecting data we actually need and pre-populating information in the journey based on 1000’s of bookings that have gone before, in a bid to speed things up a little bit more.

We’ve also rolled out the ability to Click & Collect for those who’d rather dine at home, all achieved through our Zonal iOrder API integrations.
